A Bit of Backgroud

This all started with a wild idea: I will become a psychedelic life coach.

Well, I got my first client and it was going well...

Then, just a few weeks in, I decided that it wasn't my true calling.

My client seemed fine with it, though I knew we weren't done working together.

Six weeks later, I got another wild idea and

asked him if he'd be down to make a documentary about me and my poetry.

As you guessed, he said "Yes"

The documentary follows me around throughout the poem of my life,

much of which is composed at home. At the time, my

home was on the beach in Duluth, Minnesota.

The shore of Lake Superior is where 

my heart is truly at home.

As the plot thickened, Joe and I filming everything

having absolutely no clue how we were gonna edit this thing

or what the end result was even gonna look like,

along came Chris Linder and Jacelyn Laurent.

Chris and I worked on a few video projects together 5-6

years ago, but really hadn't talked in 2-3 years.

Jacelyn replied to an ad on a work exchange site for my business,

Hostel du Nord, and landed herself in a very key role with

"Living in a Poem."

To be perfectl;y real, I haven't the faintest clue how any of this

would've come together without the Universe straight up

having my back. This is basically how it works, y'all.

Once you commit, strap in, because you're

going for a wild ride.
